After years of working in traditional commission salons, as booth renters, suite owners, educators, and assistants in environments that didn’t foster growth, we’ve learned exactly what it takes to flourish in a salon—and what makes it impossible.
While St. Louis is home to many beautiful salons, we were searching for something more. We wanted an elevated space where both stylists and clients could truly be themselves. A salon that prioritizes inclusivity, authenticity, and exceptional artistry—but we couldn’t find it.
So, we created it.
