Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
Need to reschedule or cancel your appointment? We totally understand, life happens! We kindly ask that you give us 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule, cancel or make changes to your appointment.
We want to take all the stress out of getting your hair done, so we will always reach out a week before your appointment to confirm the date, time, duration and services you are scheduled for.
If you reschedule or cancel within a 48 hour window, we will charge 50% of your scheduled appointment. We deeply respect your time, and want to encourage mutual respect between our stylists and clients.
Guest Policy
We recommend coming solo to your appointment, so you can fully relax and enjoy your experience. If you do need to bring a guest with you, we kindly ask that they remain in the lounge area to not interfere with your appointment or our other guests.
While we adore your kiddos, and of course will accommodate if you need to bring your child with you, salons are not a safe environment for children, given there are chemicals, hot tools, loud noises, etc. If possible, please do not bring children to the salon. If it is unavoidable, please contact the salon in advance so we can prepare!
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for new extension clients to secure your appointment and your hair order. This deposit will go toward your total service cost and is due at the time of your consultation.
Service Redo Policy
We want you to love your hair! If you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 5–7 days so we can make it right.
Product Return Policy
Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer issue.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and some digital payment options (e.g., Apple Pay). Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.
Extension & Color Maintenance
For clients receiving extensions or color services, proper at-home care is essential. We’ll provide customized aftercare instructions to help maintain your results.

If you're feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Our top priority is the health and safety of both our clients and staff.
